Help Please!! I'm not a computer person, when I try to uninstall ZoneAlarm my computer crashes and gives me a blue screen with above message. This is other info that I wrote down fr screen. Tech Info:
STOP:0x00000D1 (0XCD300804, 0X000002, 0X0000O, 0XF0D75BBC
vsdatant.sys address F0D75BBC base at F0d55000, Datestamp 40d01b2a

It only crashes when I try to remove or install any type of protection software, like antivirus or update firewall. Any suggestions? I just spent $100 on two softwares: Easyclean and I ZoneAlarm security suite. Easyclean worked. ZoneAlarm crashed during the install process.

vsdatant.sys belongs to the TrueVector Device Driver in ZoneAlarm. It is entirely possible that you are running too much of the same thing!

Do you have another firewall running also-other than ZoneAlarm?

Thank you for your help!! It makes sense. To my knowledge I am not running another firewall. I will try to follow direction on the link you gave to uninstall ZoneAlarm. I will keep you posted. I really appreciate you input. Thanks a million.
