DVD Burner Problem - (Drive is not accessible, Incorrect function)

Ok, I read through many other threads and googled for help without results. Everyone seems to fix their problem by deleting some registry keys, etc. However, I had recently made a clean install from Vista to XP. Before I formatted, I could drag and drop to blank CDs and DVDs, however, now, Whenever I do that, it'd say (I:) is not accessible. Incorrect function.
When I look in device manager, there are no yellow exclamation marks around any of my hardware. The only burning software I have on my computer are DVDFab and ConvertXtoDvd though, if that's the case. Can anyone please help me make my drive usable again, thank you!
Note: It can read data CDs and game CDs.

Also, I have 1 DVD drive. However, when I click "MY Computer", there is DVD Drive (D:) and DVD-RAM (I:). When I insert a disc in, it'll appear in DVD-RAM (I:), but when I uninstall the driver for DVD-RAM (I:), it'll appear on DVD Drive (D:). However, when I reboot windows, the driver will reinstall itself.
