DVD's no sound after burning

CAN ANY PLEASE HELP..

I have got a bad problem when it comes to burning dvd, .avi or mp4. Before burning files work great on media player, but after burning no sound on disc in either dvd player or media player.
This happens on both Nero or DVD Maker.
Had the same problem in past but bought new computer. am wondering as to whether windows update could effect anything and how to fix it.

Oh now using windows7 OS on comp, and previous was Vista on laptop

It's gotta be an audio setting in the program....I would try going to a Nero forum and include all your settings to better help someone to trouble shoot your problem.
