Does anyone know how to get Earth Alerts (2020.1.122) to add new locations? There is no contact with the developer. When I installed Earth Alerts to a new W10 PC, no US or global locations could be added. Earth Alerts needs at least one location to run correctly. When I copied the User_Data.xml and User_Setting.xml files from another PC to the new PC's Program Data/Earth Alerts folder, Earth Alerts started normally, but no new locations could be added.

Unable to download all required information for this location.
Error Message for global locations:
No location matches found, try again.
Any fix suggestions would be appreciated.
