Having a hard-drive is not the same thing as having definitive proof. There is no proof, so far, that there was any incriminating evidence on that hard-drive. If the FBI says they found evidence on the hard-drive at some point in the future, then yes, that is proof, but until then, its yet another right-wing conspiracy theory not founded in fact.

I have no idea about the specifics of what you're referring to, but if they blocked an article about hunter's laptop it's mostly likely because that who story is completely made up, and only die hard Trump lovers believe it.
Trump literally got rid of thousands of white house documents and was even known to literally eat documents in from of people. The laptop BS is just a fantasy to distract people who watch fox news.

They simply don't get the concept that First Amendment applies only to the government simply because the government is the ultimate power, and the First Amendment prevents the government from picking and choosing what the government likes to hear or does not like to hear. That's called oppression and that is why it is important for the government not to be able to infringe on speech. But even SCOTUS has ruled that inciting violence is not part of protected First Amendment rights because it is not necessary for the free exchange of ideas, and it is actually the free exchange of ideas, without interference from the government, that is protected by First Amendment rights.

Their can be nothing wrong with Kushner because that would mean that they have to admit there is something wrong with themselves and their ability to discern facts.
