Emachines EL1850G-42w isn't connecting to my monitor

The emachines computer that I bought in 2011 that has worked fine suddenly stopped connecting to the monitor it came with. I have tried using multiple monitors, so I know it must be the computer. can anyone help?

Did you try another connecting cable? Can you try your video card (if you have one in the system) on another system? Can you try a known good video card on the emachines?

Your power supply is a serious limitation (220 watts). Since it is probably the motherboard graphics which failed, it will be difficult to upgrade the GPU with a pci-e slot card. Very low power and probably a half height card is best. Check specifics carefully.

Looks like it has its own video card, you may be able to replace it with a low profile low power card. If it needs one this would work HD5450 or HD6450 https://www.amazon.com/XFX-Radeon-Profile-PCI-Express-ONXFX1PLS2/dp/B007B5YUMQ. Or it Could be power supply bad.
