I have a Equium A200-1V0 with what I can see is a common problem on many forums I find through google, but I cannot find any solutions for it.
1. The laptop will not boot (no bios screen) when the charger is plugged in.
2. It will boot up normally with out the charger connected. However, the battery, even if left to charge, will deplete once vista has fully started. When I then plug in the charger it freezes.
I am using a genuine charger. Any ideas? Do you think it is just the battery? Or is there something on the board causing this issue?
