Error 101 connection reset

Hello,

I was watching a video on abc.com via google chrome, and my computer automatically updated in the middle of it. When it restarted, I can no longer get to the website abc.com. I have tried making sure Norton hasn't blocked it, I can not access through IE or firefox or chrome. I've tried uninstalling chrome and reinstalling. I've tried virus scan. I've tried removing all extensions and recently downloaded programs. I've tried rebooting router, modem, computer, and every other troubleshooting suggestion I could find and NOTHING works. Please help?

Defragment your computer. Run a few free tests such as MalwareBytes, SuperAntiSpyware, and Microsoft Security Essentials.

Beyond that, tell us brand, model and configuration of your computer (or motherboard and setup)

is that a message from your browser while accessing a page?
If so
a) specifically WHICH URL?
b) does it occur for ALL Urls?
