Your dump cites IO Error about process csrss.exe. I would suggest you to run chkdsk /f/r with administrative account, ideally also thoroughly check your hard disk with diagnostic utility from your HDD manufacturer. Regards

Normally I/O errors means there is something physically wrong with the devices involved in such operations. Now, if your hard disk is reporting no errors (in file system or hdd itself), then the focus can be shifted onboard hdd controller.

Can you please provide your system's specifications please.

Can you please download Hitachi's HDD Diagnostic Utility and run to determine whether your hard disk have any problem at all or can it be ruled out totally. This link is provided on this page (i.e. Drive Fitness / On Track Data Advisor etc.). Regards

I make the test with the Diagnostic Utility Hitachi (the name Drive Fitness Test) the result is :
No Error
Command complete successfully.

What is wrong ?

That's reassuring I'd say its more likely that either it was some random event or something with onboard Controller. Have you encountered the error again?
