Error code 40000080 on Windows XP

I have a problem with widows which can restart few times a day. The error code is like below:

Error code 40000080, parametr 1 82bcd6f8, parametr 2 82db93d8, parametr 3 f8b50d48, parametr 4 00000001.

The meaning of the bug check parameters cannot be determined by examining the
parameters alone. You must also examine the text of a WinDbg session.
For details, see the debugger documentation.

Zip 5 to 6 minidumps a zip file and attach the it at any webspace.
Techspot has a upper limit of 100K per attachment.
One of us will study the dump and find out the culprit.
