Error message in recycle bin

m m .. ive got this problem.. whenever i try to delete any file in the recycle bin it displays an error message: access denied desktop cannot be deleted.. is it corrupt or its a virus? Ive tried to delete files in safe mode and it goes well.. the role is when its starting normal..
ive tried to do some things posted in the net still, nothing works..

In most cases, it's just a matter of deleting something (else) and then emptying the Recycle Bin

Another option is CCleaner
