Error retrieving info file for spybot

i get the error retrieving info file message when i try to update spybot and i also am unable to connect to www.safer-networking.org. this problem is happening on every computer in my home network. is the site down or is the problem on my end? my location is johor bahru, malaysia.

Oh, and I'm not a Spybot S&D fan, I'd normally say uninstall it, and just use the much better Free Malwarebytes (and this is not, just in my opinion alone )
