Extremely slow download speeds in torrents

  1. hi
    ive tried a couple of torrent apps and they are all slow my internet usually downloads at 900kb-1mb per sec but in torrents even with high seeds and all its still slow only dowloading at 30kbs max
    i read something about port forwarding if that helps can someone teach me how to do it

    try a different torrent client and make sure the ratio of leechers to seeders is very low
