My Pc keeps rebooting down when I try play games or whatch stuff
and then get this error

That is a "Memory Management" Issue these are associated with Hardware Failures/Faults. Try starting off by running Memtest86.

Memtest86 Instructions
Download the pre-built version of Memtest86 (Link Below) and burn it onto a CD using ISO Recorder (Link Below) after this boot off the CD and start the test going and let it run for 3-5 hours (Minimum of 7 Passes) or Overnight which is best.

And Also Run Prime95 on all 3 tests, "Small FFT's", "Large FFT's" and "Blend". This will detect errors in minutes and automatically stop the program if it finds any. Post back once you have done these and tell me if there are any errors.
