Hello and Good Day,

My External Hard Drive recently got infected by a trojan, which, btw, was promptly addressed, I am also running a complete sweep on my pc just to be sure that it didn't get my pc infected a little bit.

The only problem now is the effect it left my external hard drive. On the My Computer screen, it would show that it has data on it, however, it wouldn't show any files or folders on the harddrive.

I tried checking if it was set to hide, but it wasn't. On command prompt, dir would say that it does not have any folders inside. However, if you directly input I:\folderA on windows explorer it would show all the files and subfolders intact.

How do you fix the problem of the main folder not showing up? Appreciate all your help. Thanks

Hello, I was able to run the unhide program, however, the folders remain to be hidden. viewing the properties of the folder, it would show that the tick box for hidden is ticked, however, grayed out.

Only a recycler folder was unhidden from the procedure.
