File sorting options

I have Windows 10. Is there any way to change the alphabetical file sorting so it sorts by letter rather than by word?
Or better yet, have it ignore articles like "the" "and". etc.? I'm tired of having to name files like "Eerie Midnight Horror Show, The".

Understand this issue. We have > 1000 movies and THE is a real pain.

ANS: no way to ignore it other than the rename
