Firefox 2.0 and History Ques

Is there anyway I can keep sites from appearing on my History - that's History from the menu item, yet still have my addresses(URL's) in the address bar drop down?

The history from the menu seems to keep way more information then I would like.

Yes CCleaner (free as well) will remove that and a lot more temporary (privacy) files
I use it everyday, but depending on your Internet usuage, you should run it once a month or so.
