Flashing Acer Aspire 4551 BIOS

Thanks,..this laptop acer Aspire 4551 start but the display stay black (no video) I'd like to flash the bios,... I've seen some videos but I don't understand very well ,...could you to teach how to do ? step by step please......GOD BLESS YOU

Well, can you even boot up into the machine? Or is it all black?

Well, if you cant see anything, you cant flash it. It is most likely a monitor issue.

You know,..I conected an external monitor but don´t show anything

Oh, right. It may be an issue with your graphics controller. There is no way to fix it if you cannot see anything. I would talk to Acer if they can fix it, it may be pricey though. Is there only a VGA connection on your laptop?

I was gonna say to try another display output but that wont really help. I think your only bet is to send it to Acer.

Yes, the graphics controller part of the motherboard is bad and the motherboard will need to be replaced
