Following the 8 steps, can't run malware bytes or super anti-spyware

I am going through the 8 steps of removing virus/trojan from computer and have downloaded malware bytes programme, however it will not run. Just refuses to open, so I skipped that step and moved to SuperAntiSpyware but that just crashes out. I have disabled all running antivirus software but still nothing works... Any Ideas? I would suggest waiting until a member of the Malware team can assist you, their names will be in purple

Try not to take advice from anyone else in the mean time

Malwarebytes not running

Please download and try running this: randmbam.exe

It will try to create random names and shortcuts for Malwarebytes Anti Malware(MBAM) if you have it installed already.

Once done, try running a scan again
