Inactive Freezes, doesn't start, can't create backup or restore points, etc..

Done. I still am unable to save any restore points. When I create restore point, it says that restore point was created successfully. When I reboot it is gone. it still is freezing up so I have to hold the power key down to reboot. When I try to create backup, it starts but finishes with backup failed.
I have also tried to run the roguekiller again. It does go farther, but still does not complete

Oh, also there are no scheduled tasks even though things like the chkdsk, and backup say they are scheduled.
