Full duplex

Hi, I have a question. We have 100Mbps speed in our internet for 100 computers. If 1 computer is downloading, the 99 computer become lag... Do I need to change speed&duplex? which is better to avoid the lag, 10Mpbs full duplex or 100Mbps full duplex.?

Thanks!

The 100mbps is the obvious choice - - however EVERY system NIC will need to be set for full duplex, unless someone KNOWS that Win/10 finally fix this as the default

Duplex will not change your results much, That would be QoS or Quality of Service, some routers have the option while others do not. Even if the router has the option it doesn't always have the option to adjust total bandwidth distribution and even then it doesn't always work out the way you want it to. That said, you're looking for QoS, good luck with it

Duplex is always VERY effective and unless there's others gaming and running videos, QoS is useless buddy.

Adjust the duplex to 10mps full duplex also if possible do not let the client computers stream or run games until after business hours.
If you need to do any of those 2 have the main computer do that, atleast everyone else will have decent enough speeds to do their job properly.
