Maybe up for a bit while people sell their used stuff. Then crashing down as the lack of demand dictates. Thoughts? Lack of mnfering vs lack of wages who knows?

People who need to pay rent and buy food who are currently quarantined. Will sell their used hardware if need be. The economy and unemployement rate have been improving since 08. They've been peaked off for awhile now. The last time I looked we were at 4% unempl. One way or another a crash was bound to happen.

Prices will continue to fall. Kids begging mommy and daddy for new hardware will also have an impact. It happens every summer vacation.

Prices going up:
Panic Buys
Kids out of school
Lower manufacturing rate due to Corona
Everyone given 1k by the government
Tax returns

Prices going down:
Economy crashing
People who pay rent not wanting to spend needless money
Manufacturing having recovered in China for the most part
24 hour news scaring people about Corona, people panicking into not buying anything
Next Gen Nvidia 3 months away (if you look at previous release cycles)
Next Genish RDNA 2 2020 July? unknown
Next Consoles released in 2020(official) or early 2021(potential)

If you tie it altogether and have been looking at GPU CPU prices for the last year. The new used market hasn't changed much in the last few months. Nothing has been sold out. Prices have not been affected. The 2060 Super is actually $380 with a mail in rebate.

My conclusion: Prices will fall along with the economy. . Panic=less spending=economy lowering=panic etc etc. Snow ball time. 2008 all over again

Oh that's not even considering the possibility of the Corona Virus actually spreading and wreaking havoc. If that happens.... 1929 all over again
