it's been pretty much disproved that MS is collecting private information if you have the right privacy settings. besides some telemetry data, nothing private is being sent to MS if you disable everything in the settings

It is not possibe that!!! It still leak information to M$ You need some Spying removal progs.

One of the more important changes coming is better memory management through compressed memory.
