Note: OTL doesn't remove old restore points with that little script. I did it myself manually after running it.

#3 - windows is up to date.
#4 - what did I have on here? I can't do this without knowing that.
#5 - Most say "unknown" so they produce 0 result for update or otherwise
#6 - I use Avast which comes with a similar product, why should I have both?
#7 - clean scan on malwarebytes
#9 - downloaded, used, but am deleting. I don't download new programs. In fact, I don't download much of anything and if I do I scan it with Avast before opening.

#13 - Read, but I haven't done p2p/download/porn etc since College, years ago..so I don't know how I get infected nor how to prevent it based on the post. I already have the things they mention having/keeping upto date too, so it's obviously not working. I don't open attachments on email/chat etc either.
