Well thank god I found this web page. I've done a lot in my power in the last few days to fix this issue. I've installed the Malwarebytes, CCleaner and Super Antispyware profession on my own in attempt to fix this issue. Amazingly, it's used in the 8 step thing. As i scrolled through I remember my computer needing a JAVA updated which i never did....problems as i recall, didnt happen before this time.

well anyways, i did another scan of each last night. I had 0 findings for Malwarebytes and SAS,

I did however, add my logs of malwarebytes and sas from the other day, not last night which had 0 findings through both.

---------------------------

i am coming to the assumption that i may have fixed my computer with the java update. will repost in a few hours with how things are working

Look for a folder called SD Fix. Double-click to enter SD Fix.

Double-click to RunThis.bat. Type Y to begin.

SD Fix does its job.

When prompted hit the enter key to restart the computer

Your computer will reboot.

On normal restart the Fixtool will run again and complete the removal process then say Finished,
Hit the Enter key to end the script and load your desktop icons.

Once the desktop is up, the SDFix report will open on screen and also be saved to the SDFix folder as Report.txt.
Attach the Report.txt file to your next post.

Download ComboFix

NOTE: If you have had ComboFix more than a few days old delete and re-download.

Get it here: https://www.techspot.com/downloads/5587-combofix.html
Or here: http://subs.geekstogo.com/ComboFix.exe

Double click combofix.exe follow the prompts.

Install Recovery Console if connected to the Internet!

When finished, it will open a log.
Attach the log and a new HJT log in your next reply.

Note: Do not click combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall.

i ran SDFix and as my computer rebooted i downloaded ComboFix

I get this error as it starts:

windows cannot find 32788r22fwjfw\hidec.exe

make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again...to search for the file, click the start button and then click search.

if i "ok" this, i get the message saying i have an anti virus running that may defect the scanning process. I dont have ANY of these running from my Ctrll Alt Delete Processes.

any ideas?

Maybe how i get CTMBHA.dll errors every time i boot my computer?

I did get some resdirecting errors just a second ago when i tried a basic search

That is a Virus but the logs show you do have AVG and it is the one that is doing this.

Abort it!

So boot to safe Mode networking and skip to ComboFix. We will come back to SDFix.
