Graphics Card problem

Hi, I need help. I have a system, I ntel I5 4th gen. RAM 8 GB, MB D61, GPU AMD Raedon r7 260x 2GB and monitor samsung s23c350. My problem is with GPU R7 260x. If I install the latest ver of amd driver it installs correctly but when I restar my PC the screen turns black, no signal from gpu. Now I am using older ver driver, in this condition no game.graphics lag, but games crashes and sometime computer not responds. Please tell me what should I do.

Is the inside of the computer clean and dust free? The video card may need to be replaced

Yup! It's clean. My system is just 6 months older. The GPU was damaged 2 months ago, so they replaced a new one.

The title of this thread is "Graphics Card problem" right? The "new" graphics card may be failing now...
