Are you talking about the requirements if so then they are:

my friends told me that GTA 4 is launching worldwide on 3rd december - i think u can purchse it online but, its lot cheaper in India -- just Rs. 499 O.o

gabrielhobro ,,, any clue if this game will work on Dell Inspiron I6400 laptop, 32 bit operating system, windows vista ? how much space will the game occupy on PC?

The game should work decently at minimum settings. I think it takes around 15GB or so, but I'm not exactly sure about that figure. But make sure you have a good internet connection, since you need to be signed in to Windows Live in order to be able to save your progress in the game.

A patch is what's really needed. The game doesn't look anywhere near what Crysis looks like.
