Inactive ''Hard drive clusters partly destroyed''

Help! I've no idea how I obtained this virus, I was away momentarily, when I came back I had all these error messages about Files being corrupted within System 32 and that my Ram was low, and that Hard drive clusters had been partly destroyed. I then researched it and it seems I am not the only one with this problem. In URGENT need of help. I run Windows 7 OS. All Icons are removed, All progams in start bar are removed and screen is black with 2 icons (My computer and Recycle bin)
