I fitted a pci firewire card to my mesh pc. After I booted up and couldn't get the card to work I discovered it isn't compatible with Vista. The pc was running fine at this point, I then had to feed the kids etc so the pc was running with the pci card still fitted, once the kids were sorted I used the pc for about 20 min and the screen went black, I checked the leads etc all ok so I thought restart, I pressed the power button and it didn't shut down so I switched it off and removed the card and it still ain't run. Dvd drive works, the fan runs, but the hdd access light doesn't flash. Any body got any help?
