Having a problem opening programs

  1. I am not able to open my programs after installing the latest SC2 patch and restarting.
They appear to be running in the task manager but I'm not able to access them.
I used the 8 step / now 6 step tutorial and am now posting the three logs.
Throughout the process it was notifying me of the infections which surprised me being that I keep my software up to date and scan twice a week.
I use my computer for school work and gaming.
Any help to get this back up and running correctly would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you!

I just reformatted my drives and reinstalled windows.
I also did back up all necessary files.
Are there any negative effects for doing so?
