Inactive Having issues with pc being slow and many pop ups

My pc has recently started slowing down on the loading of eveything and just the other day I tried to view a youtube video and it would not allow me. It said that my flash player needed updated and I was getting hit with page after page of pop ups demanding that I update it. I ran malwarebytes and have did a few other things and outube is now operating, however I do not feel that the issue is anywhere near under control. Please Help!! I have tried doing what I know based off help previously provided however I believe that this is way beyond something I can do alone. I already have ran Malwarebytes & DDS as instructed but will not post any logs until contacted. Thank you so very much

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.

Please, observe following rules:
