Having problems with my download speed

So this is my current situation.

I don't know why my download is so low, sometimes it's skyhigh (~60mbps) and sometimes it doesn't even make the 1 mbps I'm hooked on straight to our main modem I even put off Wi-fi and everything and I still have around 5mbps please help

Contact your ISP and tell them your download rates are fluctuating. They have ways of testing for problems with the lines.

Just curious,what speeds are you paying for? And, as cliffordcooley suggested, It would probably be best to contact your ISP.

Yeah, you need to know what speeds the ISP is promising you.
