Help me choice the new CPU for my laptop

My device is Alienware 17r3 i7-6700HQ and I use RTX 2060 for replace my old one 970M and I feel that's my CPU too old and not work well with RTX 2060 , I have a plan for renew the CPU cause I think 6700HQ too old with RTX 2060 , so some one can help me know which CPU can replace for my old i7-6700HQ , please help me or teach me how to find the new one and it work well with new GPU. Thanks for all

The CPU isn't replaceable, as it's a ball grid array (BGA) socket - I.e. it's soldered onto the motherboard. So unless you have the capability to remove 1440 individual solder points, then you've got no chance of replacing it. Even if you could, you'd then have to source a new BGA processor (and these typically aren't sold for retail consumers) and then hope that the BIOS would recognise the new processor.

If RAM is already maxed out, all you really can do on most laptops is to clean it and replace the TIM. Specs for your current system looks pretty fine to me.
