This problem suddenly happened when I came home from school. I have tryed a new power pack, the same happened, I have tried a new motherboard, the same happened.
I have also tried the trick with the paper clip to see if my power switch is broken, but again its the same problem.

Please help, i am so frustrated

I don't know if this would be it but I have seen this type of problem on a computer that turned out to have a bad power and reset switch. One way to check to see if this is the case pull off the wires for the power switch and reset button going to your board. Then you would want to find something like a screw driver or something that you could cross the power pins with and see if the machine does the same thing.

Sounds like a motherboard failure. It is extremely rare to have a bad power switch or a bad reset switch. You never need to connect a reset switch any longer anyway. You have tried the "paper-clip" trick and it didn't work. All that's left may be a bad network card, modem or video card
