Inactive Help my PC was infected w/virus

Good day sir, my PC was infected with the .adobe ransomware. I downloaded the STOP decryptor, it decrypted my files but I wasn't able to view the photos or the videos that got infected after decryption. Can you help me find a way to fix this? Thank you so much.
