Help! need assisstence with choices...

ok, i have an ATI Rage 128 pro(32mb), 512mb of really old ram(dont know what kind but at least six years old), and a 1.8 ghz processo, and micro atx motherboard. i need to find a video card under thirty dollars that is 128mb at least but i dont know which is the best for gaming. im trying to run splinter cell and battlefront II....plz help
