Inactive Help needed, think my pc has been infected with a virus

Have had various odd things happen, while watching utube video's had what I think was audio adverts, run a full scan with the latest malwarebytes but results say no infections found, can anyone help me through a clean up of my system?, thankyou in advance,

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.

Please, observe following rules:

• Read all of my instructions very carefully. Your mistakes during cleaning process may have very serious consequences, like unbootable computer.
• If you're stuck, or you're not sure about certain step, always ask before doing anything else.
• Please refrain from running any tools, fixes or applying any changes to your computer other than those I suggest.

please be patient with me as I am not very experienced with computers, I ran the malwarebytes scan went to history but its empty, downloaded the other programme and ran it, I think 2 notepad logs appeared and its at this point ime stuck, I do not know how to zip up a log file and put it where it needs to go, and I am not sure how to post the other log to the forum!, I am sorry if I am not much help, but I hope you can still help me, I really apreaciate your help and hope you can take the time in guideing me through, if you think its not worth your valuable time then I understand, many thanks, marc

It shows you where to find MBAM log.
It also tells you to paste all logs into your replies. Nothing to zip.
