Inactive Help to remove trojan/malware 00000004.@, 80000000.@, 80000032.@, 80000064.@

Hi!

My mother in law got a malware/trojan today and I don´t know how to remove it.
Can somebody please help/guide me through the process of removing it?

Avast warns every other minute or so that it has quarantined the following files:
00000004.@, 80000000.@, 80000032.@, 80000064.@

I ran Malwarebytes AM several times and it finds and deletes 00000008.@ but it
continues to come back after every reboot.
I have uploaded a log from one of the Malwarebytes runs with this message.


Somebody please help! I´m starting to get nuts over here!
