Did you carefully follow the 8 steps?
Did you remove P2P (filesharing) programs?
I see teatimer in your HJT... not necessarily bad, but may obstruct the steps.
You need to post your other results for the experienced folk here to fully analyze your system health. (per the 8 steps).
Without all the information, we cannot provide a clean bill of health.
I see some things I find suspicious in the HJT,
but someone with more experience can take a closer look and be more help.
We will watch for your full post of logs.
