This the last BSOD I will ever send and I need to verify from you guys what is it before I send my PC to trash or repair shop.... The minidump is attached....

Your error is 0xD1 and these are usually caused by faulty drivers attempting to address a higher IRQ Level then they are designed for.
Your dump cited the probable cause but nothing more definitive. The Windows OS driver in the mix is portcls.sys and in researching this may point which I believe is a WinXP Pro sound system driver. Are you using onboard sound?
