Hijack this log file - is it clean? (just removed virus)

Hi,

I just removed a virus that avira had flagged with hijack this (rogue svchost.exe in the system32\drivers folder) and am hoping that it is now clean. Scanned with avira and norton pc checkup and seem to be ok, running fine and no warnings.

Could someone please have a look and advise?
