Hijackthis log please help

for the past few days I've been having an issue with my internet explorer. I'm not able to login to any websites and it keeps crashing. have stopped using ie and downloaded firefox which works fine.however, when I run my task manager...I see that there are multiple ieplore.exe running.here is my hijack this log...someone please help!

Norton Internet Security 2006 needs to be uninstalled ASAP! Download and run free Malwarebytes and free Avast antivirus. Run the scans and delete any malware found
