HJT Log - Need help

So, I was doing a paper one day when a popup appeared on my computer telling me that I had a virus and that I was supposed to download a bunch of .exes. Of course I didn't, but this alerted me to the fact that there was something already on my computer. I ran AVG and it gave me this:

avg1.jpg

AVG removed some stuff, but upon startup i got 2 missing DLL errors (actually I think they're gone now)

The 3 logs are attached, I've done the 8 step process already. Help would be greatly appreciated.

In case you're wondering, the SAS took 10 hours because I put the computer on standby and went to sleep, and finished it this morning.

First, you must take action on the mbam findings by deleting them. Mbam doesn't do this automatically
