Well said. You know what they say about assumptions.
Yet another bigshot completely out of touch with reality can't understand why he gets boo'd off a stage when he talked about the praises of AI. What a shocker!

He’s not wrong, but it’s also not new. These are mostly kids who worked for 4 years while taking debt they may never be able to pay off for the hopes of getting a good job. They are in the middle of their job hunt. The graduation commencement should be a celebration, and instead they got a punch in the gut. Instead they got told they wasted their time and money and are no longer relevant. It’s just not the time and place for that. The university owes those kids an apology.I understand maybe not liking the news. I don't understand booing the person who is telling you. Do they think he's wrong, or that he has any personal ability to change it?
Most people in the US don't have time to care, or are even aware of AI companies dragging everyone down into a dystopian hellhole. Those that do are realizing some corporation bought off the town leadership to build a datacenter. And it'll take a whole new administration term to even begin to undo all of the lawless corruption that tech companies have pushed for. When are the US going to wake up to the tyranny these tech companies have imposed on them? They are turning the country into a hellhole and dragging the rest of the planet down with them. The only hope is that once a new administration gets in that actually maybe still has some vestiges of moral compass we may see a reckoning for these people but I do wonder if they have the balls to get on top of it.

No he isn't. He's utterly in the pocket of big tech and uses his announcements to manipulate the markets up and down on a daily basis to make eye-watering amounts of money... The administration is so corrupt and isn't even trying to hide it anymore. It's an utterly lawless free-for-all at the White House.Do not blame President Trump for the sins of Big Tech. He's doing a better job taming them than any of his predecessors. Not perfect, but better.
Don't forget that Trump and his minions have their claws firmly implanted in Big Tech re: https://www.techspot.com/news/110936-us-formalizes-25-tariff-nvidia-h200-amd-mi325x.htmlNo he isn't. I realize you don't actually believe this nonsense: your statement, translated from LibSpeak into actual English reads, "blah blah I hate Trump blah blah." Trump's net worth has declined since he first became President in 2016, whereas Democrats like Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden -- both of whom entered politics dirt-poor -- have become $100M+ multi-millionaires ... all on their "gubmint" salaries, of course. No he isn't.
