Inactive HJT Report Analyzed

Hi if I post my HJT Report can someone analyze it for me?

well I'm not sure if it's infected. I ran a scan anti virus and malwarebytes nothing, I was just looking at the scan and find several things that say ie:

O23 - Service: @%systemroot%\system32\psbase.dll,-300 (ProtectedStorage) - Unknown owner - C:\Windows\system32\lsass.exe (file missing)

several of these that state file missing not sure what this is.

It looks like you're using 64-bit Windows.
If so, HJT is not compatible with 64-bit. It doesn't "see" 64-bit entries.
