Hot Wheels is now accepting pre-orders for a remote-controlled Tesla Cybertruck

Yes, but AFAIK you Brits have never had reasonable "petrol" prices. Say what you like about we "greedy Americans", but gas is only $2.50 USD a gallon, ATM..

I still don't think yo're entitled to speak on the reliability of the cyber truck, as it's not released yet. You can certainly speculate based on Tesla's other vehicles, but not state it as a matter of fact.

BTW, I known 2 people who owned 12 cylinder Jaguar coupes, and they both said it was the worst car they ever owned.

Again with the assumptions. I am Australian for god sake. For Diesel here it is $149.9 and couldn't tell you petrol as I haven't used it over a year. But I know it is more.

Well considering all of Elon's vehicles have just been improving, it is quite a good assumption.

What did Jaguar have anything to do with it? I mean. I've heard none of Britain made cars can handle the aussie landscape. Those range rovers are quite unreliable over here.

Toyota seems to be the best in the heat. Then there were the locally made cars like Ford and Holden (R.I.P. Holden) but mostly bogans drive those.

To be honest, I thought it was cheaper than that.
I think about 5 years ago it was down to about $2.00 even. $2.50 is almost a "price war price" ATM). Go back further still, and it was over $3.00 for regular..., ouch.

We have a pretty extreme price spread for Diesel though. It had been up to $1.00 over regular. I kind of felt sorry for the Diesel people, since whatever mileage they gained from the engine, the gas pumps took immediately away

For comparison, the average price of gasoline in the world for this period is 1.12 U.K. Pound Sterling.
...
Well trying to post the fuel prices in Great Britain was a non starter

But basically, it's about $6.00 USD a gallon:

I was illustrating how far they fallen since the incomparable Rolls Royce "Merlin" in the Spitfires. (They were V twelves too).
All I can say is you should thank god for the low fuel prices. There's not too much going to the ANZAC nations that doesn't cost double what it does here. That said, we do get screwed mercilessly on the price of internet and wireless. Oh, and medical care.

Maybe you should do one of those Google voice recordings, then I'd know you were Australian right off the bat.

Nah we get screwed on Internet too...

Our latest roll out was supposed to be FIbre to premises but the Liberal government (like all good things they touch) screwed us to keep Murdoch and Foxtel some what still in business.
Our healthcare is great for now but if Liberals keep the power they will privatise that as well and screw the Aussies again. It is like the worst party and yet they keep power because of *****s voting the racist parties (their preferential voting goes to liberals) and Murdoch smears the good ones badly with their 70% press power. It is quite ridiculous.

But what can you do.
