I have a virus in my computer I think its a rootkit but not sure,no anti-virus program will download to my computer. Firefox keeps freezing up and not responding and reporting script errors. Everytime I delete it and download it again it still behaves the same way. I know my computer needs a deep clean to remove temp files and cookies to free up memory bu not even Windows delete temp files, cookies and browsing history is doing the trick. I believe I need remote services that my ISP is providing and I cannot afford Im desperate for help here I have done everything I know to do without spending money I dont have.

Does this computer belong to someone erlse? Why was there no antivirus program on it? Go ahead and do your 'deep cleaning.' There is no need to have to scan all the files that should have been removed.

You may have to download the programs to a flash drive, then connect it to the problem system to run the programs.
