I do not know how to make them, but to use them, you will have to download the vistaglazz patch, because vista is protected against custom themes. Also, the file type is .theme. I made a word document of a leopard style theme I have, by opening it with notepad, in case it helps.

Never use Stardock stuff it messed up my system !
