How to improve sound quality of MP3 file

i have conved a video file to mp3, it plays well in my computer but when I downloded to samsung mobile I hardly hear sound of the same file.
can any one help me to improve sound in my samsung phone of that file ASAP

I have increased my full volume.

If it’s just a matter of increasing the volume, there are many tools that will do it, for example the free MP3Gain:

However, there are defective MP3s (incorrect CRC) that can’t be played by some media players. If this is the case, your only option is to get a better copy of the MP3.

What bitrate are the converted mp3's? What model is the phone you have? How are you converting video to mp3?... and why?

There may something wrong with you convertion , take clear of the bitrate and other audio profile.

Hi, Can you hear the sound of the MP3 track at all? Is it playing very quietly?
You can load your mp3 tracks into an audio editing program, and increase the level (gain) by 2 or more times.
The Program 'Audacity' can do the job, but you will need to download an MP3 encoder to use with it.
