How to overclock

I have a Amd Athlon 64 X2 4800 Dual Core Processor
A 80GB 3gb/s Sata hardrive
A ECS ELITEGROUP GF8200A Black series motherboard
2Gb DDR2 667 RAM
I would like to know how to over clock the processor or get the overclock utilitys for this bored or processor

Any ideas or suggestions?
